Ticket refund
If you want to return a ticket purchased on the website www.mmd.ru, you should send a request to the technical support of the ticket operator who sent you the tickets by mail after payment.

To get support, please add the concert organizer's mail and/ or guest@mmd.ru to the copy of the mail with the return request.

Refunds are made in accordance with 193-FZ:

  • less than 3 days before the start of the event - no refunds;
  • from 3 to 5 days before the start of the event - a refund is made in the amount of 30% of the face value of the tickets;
  • from 5 to 10 days before the start of the event - a refund is made in the amount of 50% of the face value of the tickets;
  • 10 days or more days before the event - a refund is made in the amount of 100% of the face value of the tickets.

Important! The ticket operator is entitled to withhold a percentage of the ticket price if he informs about it on the official resources. Be sure to clarify this issue to avoid further misunderstandings.

Refund conditions when postponing an event
In accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 6, 2020 No. 830 "On Amendments to the Regulation on the Specifics of Cancellation, Replacement or Transfer of a Performing Arts Organization or a Museum of a Spectacular Event, including in terms of the procedure and terms for refunding the cost of tickets, season tickets and excursion vouchers for such events, in the event of the threat of occurrence and (or) the occurrence of individual emergencies, the introduction of a high alert or emergency situation throughout the territory of the Russian Federation or in its part", the following features of cancellation, replacement or transfer have been established:

1. If the event is canceled:

A refund of the ticket price in case of cancellation of a spectacular event, in connection with the introduction of high alert or emergency regimes, is made to the visitor on his/her initiative no later than 180 days from the date of the visitor's request for a refund of the ticket price. Moreover, if the day of the visitor's request fell on the time when the specified modes were in effect, then 180 days are counted from the first working day after the cancellation of the corresponding modes.

2. If the event is postponed:
if a spectacular event is postponed, the previously purchased ticket remains valid for the new date. Refunds for such events are not made. Clauses 3.1 and 4 of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 6, 2020 No. 830 cancel the customer's right to a refund for tickets to events postponed due to the introduction of a high alert regime in the region.
