MUSIC MEDIA DOME
COVID-FREE and QR codes
What does COVID-FREE mean
COVID-free mode means a QR code entry.

This format makes events safe for guests.

This is a new requirement for all public events - in accordance with Clause 23 of Decree of the Mayor of Moscow dated June 22, 2021 No. 35-UM.

MMD works in the COVID-FREE format for the convenience of every guest who wants to enjoy spending her/his time without a mask, keeping distance and other restrictions and not to get infected with a coronavirus infection.

To enter any mass event, you should have a QR code and passport with you.

About canceling QR codes
QR codes are not canceled. They have become unnecessary for visiting bars, cafes and restaurants. According to Clause 33.4 of Decree of the Mayor of Moscow No. 42-UM dated 16.07.2021, entrance to public events is still only by QR code.

Today it is a new format for visiting concert halls and public events. To enter any mass event, you should have a QR code and passport with you.

About QR code and its issuance
The QR code confirms that a person is not a carrier of coronavirus infection. It can be received in three cases:

1. If you have received a negative PCR test result in a laboratory connected to the emias.info service in the last 3 days;

2. If you have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in Russia;

3. If you have had a coronavirus infection in the last 180 days
      How do I get a QR code?
      The QR code can be received in the electronic medical record, on mos.ru, on emias.info and on the portal "State services. Stop coronavirus". The QR code is issued automatically:

      1. If you have passed the PCR test in an organization connected to the UMIAS system. The QR code based on the test is valid for 72 hours.

      If you received a test result, but did not receive a QR code, please call the laboratory or clinic where you passed the test, check your passport data and ask to re-send it to the UMIAS system.

      2. If you have been vaccinated. The QR code is issued after the full vaccination.

      If you are vaccinated, but there is no QR code, you need to visit the clinic where you were vaccinated or registered and to request a QR code directly at the reception.

      3. If you have been ill in the last 180 days. The QR code is issued to those who were ill "officially" - that is, they went to the doctor, had a smear and are listed in the regional or federal register of those who have been ill. You cannot receive a QR code according to the antibody certificate.

      More information on QR codes can be found in the FAQ of the Operational Headquarters of Moscow.
      Access to the event when submitting a negative PCR test (not a QR code, but a test), an antibody certificate, a paper certificate of vaccination, as well as taking a PCR test in the concert hall
      It is impossible to enter to the concert hall with a negative PCR test without a QR code, an antibody certificate and a paper certificate of vaccination. The PCR test cannot be passed in the concert hall.

      Entrance - only by QR code + passport. As of July 9, 2021, the Moscow Government prohibits accepting any other documents - even those the QR code itself is issued for. The ground is Clause 23 of Decree of the Mayor of Moscow dated June 22, 2021 No. 35-UM.
      If I forgot to provide / bring / show QR code + passport
      It is impossible to visit the MMD concert hall without a QR code and a passport.

      This prohibition was introduced by Clause 23 of Decree of the Mayor of Moscow dated June 22, 2021 No. 35-UM.
      Where to pass a PCR test to get a QR code
      It is necessary to pass a PCR test in an organization connected to the UMIAS system — the test results will automatically be sent to the system and will turn into a QR code.

      If you are not from Moscow or Russia, you need to get a QR code on the website https://immune.mos.ru
      If you are coming from another country specifically to visit an event
      When ordering a PCR test, be sure to say that you need it for a QR code, and check that your full name, date of birth and passport details has been correctly copied from your passport.

      When you receive the PCR test results, please go to the website https://immune.mos.ru and fill in your full name, date of birth, passport details and phone number. The number must be Russian - in the format +7 9xx xxx-xx-xx (this can be a friend's phone number; it will just receive a SMS code). It is not necessary to fill in the patent number for work in the Russian Federation!

      Just wait 10-15 seconds for the system to process the request, find your PCR test and generate a QR code. If you received a test result, but the system does not generate a QR code, please call the laboratory where you passed the test, verify your data and ask to re-send it to the UMIAS system.

      QR code for guests under the age of 18
      Guests under the age of 18 do not need a QR code, but they should be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 having a QR code and a passport.
