Personal data processing policy
1. General conditions
The current personal data processing policy is based on the requirements of Federal Law №152 "Concerning personal data" d/d 27.07.2006 and provides the methods for data processing and security measures to provide personal data safety at LLC "Tesla 4000" (further – Operator).
1.1. The Operator aims at maintaining human rights and freedom when processing his/her personal data, including the regulation of private, personal and family confidentiality protection.
1.2. The current personal data processing policy (further – Policy) applies to all information received by the Operator from website visitors.
2. General terms used in the Policy
2.1. Automatic personal data processing – processing of personal data using computing equipment;
2.2. Personal data blocking – temporary termination of personal data processing (excluding situations where processing is necessary for personal data clarifications);
2.3. Website – a collection of graphical and informational materials, as well as computer software and databases maintaining their accessibility through the internet at the following address: http://mmd.ru;
2.4. Personal data information system – a collection of personal data located in databases, technical equipment and information technologies maintaining its processing;
2.5. Personal data sanitization – actions leading to the impossibility of identifying without additional information a certain user or subject of personal data by personal data;
2.6. Personal data processing – any action (operation) or collection of actions (operations) including or excluding the use of automatic equipment directed at personal data, such as collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (renewal, editing), extraction, usage, sharing (distribution, access provision), sanitization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
2.7. Operator– government body, municipal body, legal entity or private entity, independently or together with other parties, organizing and (or) maintaining personal data processing, as well as specifying the aims of personal data processing, the contents of personal data for processing, the actions performed with personal data;
2.8. Personal data – any information directly or indirectly referring to a specific or non-specific website user;
2.9. User – any website visitor;
2.10. Personal data provision – actions aimed at the disclosure of personal data to a specific party or a specific group of parties;
2.11. Personal data distribution – any actions aimed at the disclosure of personal data to a non-specific group of parties (personal data sharing) or at sharing personal data with an unlimited group of parties, including personal data disclosure in mass media, posting in information-telecommunications networks or access provision to personal data in any other way;
2.12. Transboundary distribution of personal data – the distribution of personal data onto the territory of a foreign country, to a foreign authority or to a foreign private or legal entity;
2.13. Personal data destruction – any action aimed at the permanent destruction of personal data in the personal data information system without a possibility of recovering the contents of the destructed personal data and (or) aimed at the destruction of physical carriers of personal data.
3. The Operator is allowed to process users' following personal data:
3.1. Surname, name, patronymic;
3.2. email;
3.3. telephone numbers;
3.4. information about education, profession, specialty and qualifications, educational documents;
3.5. The website collects and processes sanitized user data (including cookie files) using internet statistics (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others).
3.6. The abovementioned data are collectively referred to as "Personal data" in the Policy.
4. Aims of personal data processing
4.1. The aim of user personal data processing is to inform the user via emails; provide the user access to services, information and materials located on the website.
4.2. The Operator has a right to send the user notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The user can refuse the receiving of information messages at any time by sending the Operator an email to mail@mmd.ru titled "Refusal to receive notifications about new products, services and special offers".
4.3. Sanitized user data collected via internet-statistics services are used to collect information about user actions on the website, to improve the website quality and its contents.
5. Legal basis for personal data processing
5.1. The Operator processes personal data only when the user voluntarily fills in and sends the Operator a special form located on the http://mmd.ru website. By filling in the form and/or by sending personal data, the user expresses his/her agreement with the current Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes sanitized user data only when it is allowed buy the user's browser settings (Cookie files are turned on and JavaScript technology is allowed).
6. The procedure of collection, storage, distribution and other types of personal data processing
The safety of personal data processed by the Operator is maintained through legal, organizational and technical measures, necessary for the execution of personal data safety requirements specified by the current legislation.
6.1. The Operator provides the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures against personal data access to unauthorized persons.
6.2. User personal data may never be disclosed to third parties except for cases linked to the execution of the current legislation.
6.3. If the user finds mistakes in personal data, the user may update it on his/her own by sending the Operator an email to mail@mmd.ru titled "Actualization of personal data".
6.4. The processing of personal data is unlimited. The user may revoke his/her consent to personal data processing by sending an email to mail@mmd.ru titled "Personal data processing consent withdrawal".
7. Transboundary distribution of personal data
7.1. Before the execution of transboundary distributions of personal data, the Operator must make sure that the foreign country that is expected to receive personal data maintains secure safety measures of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Transboundary distributions of personal data to countries that do not fulfill the abovementioned requirements may be possible only in the case of the personal data subject's written consent to transboundary distribution of his/her personal data and/or in the case of the execution of a contract with the subject being one of the parties of the contract.
8. Final conditions
8.1. The user has a right to receive answers to any questions regarding his/her personal data processing by sending an email to mail@mmd.ru.
8.2. The current document will contain any amendments made to the Policy by the Operator. The Policy unlimitedly valid until it is replaced by a newer version.
